Fellingham Group ("we", "us") is a UK wedding entertainment and media agency. This short notice explains how we handle personal information you send through our website enquiry forms and basket.

What we collect

When you enquire, you may give us your name, email address, telephone number, event date, venue location, address/postcode, and any notes about the artists or packages you are interested in. We also keep a snapshot of the basket contents you submit with that enquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange bookings if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any related booking, then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records (typically up to 24 months for unsuccessful enquiries, longer where needed for a confirmed booking or legal reasons).

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the website and store enquiry data (currently including hosting and database services). Artists on our roster only receive your details when relevant to a booking you have asked us to progress.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. To do that, email jessefelly@gmail.com.
